Delois Colvin began her real estate career in September 1999 as a full-time real estate professional, serving home buyers and sellers in the Memphis and Shelby County area, including Fayette and DeSoto Counties, with expertise in residential real estate, including new construction, foreclosures, short sales and investment properties. She is a member of the Memphis Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Northwest Mississippi Association of Realtors. Delois continues to increase her knowledge and skills through technology training and real estate continuing education courses to better serve her clients. She has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designations.
